We are honored to be recognized by Forbes once again in their list of Best Customer Service 2025. Forbes partnered with HundredX, a data analytics company to survey 181,000 U.S. residents who provided 4.4 million ratings on more than 3,500 brands. Survey participants were asked to rate brands on personal interaction, speed, services, and resolution. The top 300 brands made it to Forbes' second-annual list of the Best Customer Service, with Drury Hotels coming in at 74.
